Copenhagen, Denmark -- Regular male mink sold at prices 5-7% below April levels, while females were firm at the June 6 sale by Copenhagen Fur Center here. Breeders and lowgrades were expensive compared to the regular skins. Hong Kong and Korea were dominant, but buyers from Greece also were active.
The following purchased top lots during the early-June sale:
Scanblack males went to Mr. Tax for Happy Part Co. Ltd., Hong Kong; scanblack females went to Mr. Debourcieu for Foxy-Minky, France; scanbrown males to Mr. Mechutan for Dong Shin Fur Trading Co. Ltd., Korea; scanbrown females to Mr. Johansson for Honorary Pals, Sweden; mahogany males to Mr. H.J. Braun for Dae Ha Fur Co., Ltd., Korea; and scanglow males to Mechutan for Dong Shin Fur Trading.
